Mike is a proven sales and marketing lead-er with over
18 years experience creating and executing sales and marketing
strate-gies and driving growth in technology companies.
As Vice President of Sales, he has driven record revenue
and beat company quotas by over 20%.
Some of his proudest accomplishments include:
* Team building
by working well to develop people. In one case, he turned
the poorest performing sales rep, whom had never previously
met quota, to become the top performer and actually exceeded
quota that year by 177%.
* Developing
and implementing marketing programs that have yielded 3000%
returns in a matter of months.
* He is in touch
with what it takes to sell and has carried personal quotas
for both start-up and large companies, closing sales orders
from $5,000 to $2,000,000 (the later was a record for that
company). He has exceeded $2.5M quotas and achieved "club"
as a sales person and has established large partnership
deals with fortune 50 companies.
As a founder of a technology company Mike raised over $5M
in venture capital, and built and managed a repeatable sales
process.
Knowing he had to structure this company for growth, it

In personal life, Mike is an aviation enthusiast and maintains
his private pilot's license.
At home, he concentrates his time on his three children
and their activities, including a coach for minor soccer.
He also manages to squeeze in weekly recreational hockey
and run a couple half marathons each year.
