Brenda is proven sales and marketing management leader
with recent practical frontline sales management experience.
She has held senior positions experience in technology companies
throughout the US and Canada.
New technology is her passion. "When individuals are
passionate about what they do and have the processes to
support their activities, they can realize top levels of
success. The Internet, social networking tech-nologies and
other creative inventions are creating opportunities that
will drive our future success worldwide." She uses
her experience to drive growth in technology companies to
facilitate optimal functioning in organizations.
After establishing the Canadian subsidiary for SAS, she
repositioned the subsidiary to respond to the local market
with a focused message and strategy that was so successful
it was adopted as a new company initiative and used worldwide
throughout the organization. Under her leadership, the team
exceeded quota, established new departments to support expansion
across the country, and gained distinction as the most profitable
SAS subsidiary worldwide; exceeding revenue and sales expectations,

* Team building by facilitating
the optimal functioning of individuals with particular focus
on their strengths and on the processes that support corporate
goals. Within the company, when challenged by the owner
to take on the underperforming department, she did it- creating
the process, motivation, and dynamics to succeed-and exceeding
goals by over 200%.
* Exceeding sales targets
(from $1M to $6M) for start-up, medium and large companies;
closing sales orders from $5,000 to $1.4M; and grew subsidiary
revenue over 100% annually for 5 years.
Brenda has been a guest lecturer for The George Washington
University Organizational Management Program and has been
actively coaching individuals since 1994. Her certifications
include: The Center for Creative Leadership 360 Feedback
Con-sultant and qualified MBTI Instructor.
She attended Duke University and UNC for her graduate education;
but still says that her Psychology BA from the University
of Georgia was the best preparation for man-aging people
and excelling in sales. She resides in the Washington DC
area.
